The Sheraton National Hotel is a modern 16-story high rise overlooking the skyline of most Washington DC monuments just a few blocks south of the Pentagon in the Western edge of Crystal City in Northern Virginia. The hotel features a spectacular view while dining at Stars Chophouse, their 5 star formal dining room located on the 16th floor, a rooftop heated indoor pool with an outdoor sundeck, and a state-of-the-art exercise room with over 15 pieces of modern cardiovascular and weight training equipment. Cafe Brasserie and the Quarterdeck Lounge offer casual dining, cocktails and room service on the hotel"s main floor. The Sheraton National Hotel provides over 25,000 square feet of meeting space, including 18 meeting rooms and the Galaxy ballroom located on the 16th floor with views of the surrounding area. The hotel is just off I-395 at the Columbia Pike exit 1 mile south of the 14th street bridge into Washington DC. The hotel is minutes to fine dining, shopping, and entertainment. NOTE:*** The Sheraton National is presently undergoing renovation. The pool is closed from September 4, 2001 to March 2002. The public areas, guestrooms, parking garage, dining room, bar facilities and main entrance are under construction and will be completed in late Winter 2002.
