Paddle Basin is a little organization located at the edge of the Tidal Basin that rents paddle boats to
those who seek a little recreation. Standing at the head of the Tidal Basin is the Jefferson Memorial, making for a somewhat inspiring paddle journey. But be warned, paddle-boating is not as easy as it looks, and for the truly unfit, it can become a leg-cramping nightmare.
